The records of an urban health advisory and research organization including subject files created by the staff of the organization journal, HEALTH/PAC BULLETIN, on the topics of financial and medical accountability, the national health institutes, the federal department of health, the accreditation of hospitals, nursing home care, health maintenance organizations, Medicaid law and legislation, and mental health policy. The collection also includes correspondence, financial records, newsletters, pamphlets, position papers, reports, memorandum, and newspaper clippings. The collection reflects the organization's initial interest in New York health care. Robb K. Burlage and Maxine Kenny, and other correspondence documents the organization's relationship with the Samuel Rubin Foundation, the Gray Panthers, and the People's Health Council.
